Fees

 

Weddings: $350-$700 plus travel, depending upon the complexity of the ceremony. Gloria can quote a fee over the phone after a brief discussion of what you have in mind. Short notice, simple ceremonies that are in the TriCounty area of Lake County will be at the lowest price. Wedding and rehearsal in the Lake County area is $500.

 

Funerals: Gloria is available for Funerals, Life Celebrations and Memorial Services exclusively through several local Funeral Homes in the Lake County and Villages, and Central Florida area. 

 

Ceremonies for Families and Children, and Community Ceremonies: priced individually according to the type and location of the ceremony.

 

Additional fees:  may be added on a specific or customized request outside the scope of original agreement, or if changes occur after sign off.

 

Travel: A travel charge will be added for ceremonies 50 miles or more from Gloria's home office in Sorrento, Florida (Mon-Fri) and weekends or after hours. Travel will include rehearsals as well as the ceremony.

 

Ceremonies at remote locations outside of Lake County: An additional fee will be added for time to drive/travel with you to and from the location. The option of waiving this fee is at Gloria’s discretion. If a permit is required for the location the client chooses, Gloria will inform the client.  It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the permit and pay the permit fee, if any. Genrally within a 50 mile radius of the office.

 

What would be involved in determining the fee? And what services would I receive? First, Gloria will interview you to find out about what you have in mind for your special ceremony. This is a free, no obligation discussion. At the end of that interview, she will give you a price for working with you on the ceremony you have in mind. If you would like to proceed to work with Gloria, she will give you a simple questionnaire to complete (unless the ceremony is on short notice) and a contract for your ceremony. Most important, she will ask questions that help her discern the story behind this moment you are honoring and what a ceremony unique to you will include. Gloria will work with you and any other appropriate family members to create a meaningful ceremony that reflects your beliefs, values and personality. She will integrate world rituals, symbols, poetry, photos and music appropriate and meaningful to you. She will work with you on drafts of the ceremony until you are pleased with a final version. You will have complete approval of the ceremony, which will be professionally written and original. Gloria will officiate at that ceremony. For those ceremonies that involve a rehearsal, she will also participate in the rehearsal.

Following the ceremony, she will give you a beautiful printed copy of the ceremony as a keepsake.
